Shanin Specter is an American lawyer.

Early life, education, and career
Specter was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Specter earned an undergraduate degree in political science from Haverford College.
While there, he acted as an assistant to CongressmanBob Edgar with his work on the House Select Committee on Assassinations, during their review of the JFK and Martin Luther King assassination investigations. He then graduated with a JD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and an LLM from the University of Cambridge.
