Like his famous forebears, Hank Williams III is a rebel to the country establishment, though you wouldn't necessarily know it from his Curb Records debut, "Risin' Outlaw," which takes the music two generations back to the raw, urgent roots of its melancholy, sad-eyed troubadour, who died at the age of 29 in the back seat of a car.
